Several weeks ago I was home in Virginia (for the first time this summer) and I got to enjoy a splendid hike with my sister and brother-in-law. The hike was a six mile segment of the Appalachian (pronounced "app-uh-latch-in") Trail that meandered through tick-saturated farmlands and beautiful woods to a rocky outcrop called Kelly's Knob.

I LOVE that black and white "shelter" picture! It almost makes my want to go camping... almost. But hiking I'd be okay with!
ReplyDeleteAwesome pictures, Zatch! I really like the one of the bridge? or is it a covered patch of road? I can't tell, but it's a great picture!
